1) You fail over and over again in a certain area (i.e.weight, exercise, love, success).
2) You always get close to the goal but don't ever achieve it. "Always the bridesmaid and never a bride." (Pre-Achievement Sabotage).
3) You reach the goal and then lose all interest in keeping it. (Post-Achievement Sabotage).
4) You feel uncomfortable, anxious, or worried about a recent success. You can't enjoy it. Comfort returns when you give it away.
5) Self-esteem sabotage: "I don't deserve it."
6) Self-confidence sabotage: "I can't do it."
7) You deny responsibility for your own life you blame others.
8) You don't believe you can have the prize or dream you want: You give up.
9) As you get close to the goal, a fatal flaw creates a negative outcome. (a character issue or behavior such as alcoholism, depression, perfectionism).
10) You are a Rescuer and give up yourself to help others, thereby never reaching your goals.
